The Q Down Under research group warmly invites abstract submissions for presentations (face-to-face or via Zoom) and poster sessions from established scholars, early-career researchers, postgraduate students, and Q methodology practitioners.

Join us for the second ‘Q Down Under’ Symposium, generously supported by the School of Business and Law at Central Queensland University, where we will explore the power and potential of Q Methodology across disciplines.

This year’s symposium offers a vibrant, discussion-driven experience that goes beyond the traditional conference format. It is designed to bring together academics, professionals, industry leaders, and Q practitioners for deep conversations, shared learning, and new collaborations. 

What is a dialogical symposium?

A dialogical symposium moves beyond one-way presentations toward meaningful, participatory exchange. Expect:

• Facilitated group discussions and workshops instead of paper presentations

• Cross-disciplinary conversations among scholars, practitioners, and policymakers

• Co-creation of ideas, insights, and future research opportunities
